You may recall that we had a great turnout on our 50th Birthday weekend in the Poconos.  As a result, we are going to do it again for our 60th Birthday, this time in Lewes, DE.  (We are also taking suggestions for where to hold our 70th Birthday weekend - but we have some time to figure that out)! The Class of '77 has a reputation to uphold as the most active Dickinson class.  Let's keep up the good work and keep in touch with old friends by participating in this weekend-long event. Here's what is in the works:  -- Mark the Date!         Friday, October 11 through Sunday, October 13, 2019  -- Overnight Accomodations:       We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hotel Rodney. Mention the Dickinson Birthday Party for discounted room rates. But hurry, rooms are going fast!  www.hotelrodneydelaware.com  -- Friday:        Morning Golf.  We will be playing at Mulligan's Pointe golf course.  The cost is an amazingly low $50 per person. All skill levels are welcome and we guarantee that it will be one of the most memorable expereiences of your life! Make your plans for the JDHS Class of '77 60th Birthday Weekend in Lewes Delaware!

 

The Class of '77 has reputation to uphold as the most active Dickinson class.  Let's keep up the good work and keep in touch with old friends by participating in this weekend-long event.

 

We need to start getting an idea on the numbers, so we can hold hotel rooms, and make other reservation holdings.

An RSVP page is available in the list to the left.   Please respond as soon as you are able.  We need a headcount to ensure some of the reservations.  
And please pass the word along to anyone you know that may have not received an email.

Also, Dave Kelly has been very generous with his time to reserve the golf outings and he needs a minimum of 20 golfers for this outing.  So if you could email him at dzkelly00@aol.com he will make sure that the golf outing happens.  THANK YOU, DAVE!

 -- Overnight Accomodations:

       Two potential locations, we may secure both - depending on demand:

       There is a two night minimum at both hotels.  Cost for either one will be approximately $400.

 

 -- Friday:

       Morning Golf.  Tentatinely set for The Rookery.  Approximately $20 per person.  (Will need more than 8 golfers for this reservation, so sign up early.) 

       Evening Music and Drinks.  Jerry's Seafood from 7 pm to 10 pm.  Heather Vidal (Douthit) will be playing.  There are food options there, or you can eat on your own before going there.

 

 -- Saturday:
       Morning:  George Limpert is leading an easy flat slow 20 mile bike ride/ historial tour of Rehoboth Beach and Cape Henlopen and their roles in WWII defense, using rental bikes from Rehoboth.
