Well now that we've finally recovered from our birthday party and processed all the Thanksgiving turkey, it's time for a a little bit of paperwork.
First of all, your reunion committee is already thinking about our 45 year reunion! Let us know if you have any ideas or would like to help with the planning. There's not a lot of heavy lifting and the planning meetings are fun!
More good news, we've set up a Google Photo page to share pictures form the Birthday Party! Feel free to upload your own pictures to share.
The Class of '77 Birthday Party is almost here. The planning Committee has been working hard and we are sure this will be a weekend to remember.
It's still not too late to join us, although time is running short. See the links below if you want to join the fun.
A few other notes about the weekend:
Dress code for the weekend is beach casual, although Bill Harris has been warned that Speedos will not be accepted.
No need to bring tickets to any of the events, we have a list of everyone attending. (Hey, we know everybody anyway!)
The weekend kicks off Friday night with Heather performing at Jerry's Seafood from 6 to 9 pm. Pick up your itinerary for the weekend during Heather's show. (Rumor has it they there may be even a surprise guest appearnce.)
If anyone is thinking about the bike ride Saturday morning but unsure if they can afford it, let us know. George Limpert has generously offered to provide financial assistance to any would be bikers.
The boat ride is BYOB. Please bring some snacks to share. There are still a few spots left on the boat, so reserve your seat now! If the bay is too rough, we will tour the canal.
All you golfers, Dave Kelly has some surprises for you, including a way to lower your team score before you even tee off.
Looking forward to seeing everyone in Lewes this weekend!

Hey Rams!
Things are shaping up for a great time in Lewes the weekend of October 11 through 13 (four weeks to go!). Unfortunately, some of our classmates feel they can't afford to join in the fun. If you would like to help a classmate with some of the costs or offset some of our costs, we've set up a donation page:
P.S., if anyone wants to sponsor or partially sponsor some of our events, drop us a note at JDHSRams77.gmail.com

Hey Rams!
Let's Go Biking!
We've just added a sign up page for the Bike Tour being organized by George Limpert.
There is no fee to sign up, although you will need a bike. Details are in the linked page.
This is an all skills event and no neon-colored spandex riding attire is required.
Hey Rams!
Duane has re-mastered our official Class Birthday Party theme song- now in High Fidelity, 4D, THX, surrond Sound and Smell-O-Vision!
Duane wil be signing autographs after dinner! (No truth to the rumor that Duane will be joining Ringo Starr's latest tour.}
I'd like to come, but I have nothing to wear!
Don't worry, ther's no dress code for any event over the weekend!
Dress casually, dress to impress, dress however the mood strikes you (but JDHS varisty jackets are always acceptable fashion!)
You do need to wear shoes and a shirt for dinner- don't blame us, it's a state law!
Hey Rams!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Who else but the class of 77 would turn a one night event into a three day weekend? Thank you to Mr. Lee for the Dickinson tour, Terry Reed for the Skyline tour, Billy Caldwell and Gary Allegretto for pulling together the Pre-party on Friday, Dave Kelly for the golf outing,
the Four Points Sheraton for putting up with our nonsense,
and the folks that pulled together the brunch at Deerpark.
Thank you to Tony Goland for sponsoring the Photo Booth
so we have all these uninhibited photos of us!
Many thanks to the folks that donated tickets or money to
help other classmates attend. We had a turnout of over 150 and
other classes can't imagine how we pull it off!
There are photos posted under the "View-Post Photos"
in the album for the 40th Reunion.
Also, if you had fun at the 40th, but didn't get to visit with everyone,
another gathering is in the works. In 2019 we will be turning 60!
If you would like to turn a corner into a new decade
with people who turned the corner into adulthood with you,
start planning on a (possible) fall gathering in 2019 to celebrate!
